96-Year-Old Man Writes Heartbreaking Song For His Late Wife

In May of this year 96-year-old Fred Stobaugh of Bartonville, Illinois lost his wife of 72 years, Lorraine. To cope with her loss, Stobaugh wrote a song called ‘Sweet Lorraine’ and mailed it to Green Shoe Studio’s singer-songwriter contest, with hopes that the song would be produced into a professional track. Green Shoe Studio was so moved by Stobaugh’s story that they created a short documentary entitled, A Letter From Fred, ‘a poignant and beautiful story of life, love, music, and the special place where all three come together’. ‘Oh Sweet Lorraine’ is currently available on>>>>>>>>>> Youtube <<<<<<<<<<<...
